Islamic Concepts of Human Rights

Abstract

Right took birth with the human but it is the irony of the circumstances that it took centuries long period to recognize them. Philosophers were victimized, thinkers were hanged and people were hanged in the struggle of human rights, but, gradually with the passage of time all over the world it was recognized that human are equal and every body has equal right with out distinction of caste and creed, color and race. Rights and human are integrate and they cannot be separated or disintegrated. "Concept of basic right in Islam is as old as the human himself.
