Propriety and Non Propriety of Sama, in the way of Famous, Subfaith, Commentators

Abstract

The issue of sama' has been very dissimilar among the different institution. Even the one is convinced of it's propriety and the other of impropriety.
But there is no different among the all institution about it the it is commendable and lawful to achieve fair,proper and good objects. Therefore it is a simple rule that "klorks depends on purpose". That's why for the vigilance of real love (The Love of ALLAH) and the softness of heart sofia-karam consider it's allowed. And the sama'a and ghina that become a source to gain absurd motives and take the man for a way from ALLAH is prohibited.
All of the ulama, fouqaba, mufassireen and muhadiseen order to prevent from this kind of sama'a and ghina. The main purpose of this essay is to read and understand the propriety and impropriety of sama'a under the light of the opinions of mufassireen from different renowned institutions.
